Joe Dunikoski, co-founder of Forum 56, is a perfect example of how work is good and where you do it matters. Benefiting from corporate matchmaking, Joe launched his career with Lucid Private Offices, which houses the BeatiDudes studio, five and a half years ago. He started in sales and now works in data and digital marketing for the company at 23.
Joe graduated from the University of Dallas in 2023. During college, Joe co-founded Forum 56, a professional development organization that helps liberal arts students. The name is inspired by the Roman Forum, the birthplace of industry, and 1956, the year the University of Dallas was founded. The organization's purpose is to help these students learn the hard skills and limit the amount of “catch-up” they need when beginning their careers in the real world. The real beauty of Forum 56 comes from the corporate connections and human relationships formed.
